*There is no mail registration for GED classes. All prospective students must attend an introductory session at in-person registration on Thursday, February 21. This session will last from 6:15 to about 8:00 PM.

SCHOLASTIC APTITUDE TEST
(SAT I) MATH PREPARATION SAT Math Prep will be a concentrated six-week course designed to prepare students to take the mathematics portions of the SAT exam. The first two sessions will be devoted to reviewing test-taking strategies and key concepts needed to succeed on the SAT. During the following three sessions, practice tests will be administered. A short review session will follow each test. The final session will be devoted entirely to reviewing the previous weeks’ tests. A calculator is required. COURSE IS GIVEN BY THE CHELTENHAM TOWNSHIP SCHOOL DISTRICT, NOT CTAS.
This
free continuing course runs from September to May. Students may begin at any
time. The course will improve basic skills in all academic areas with emphasis
on reading, vocabulary development, English usage, spelling and mathematics.
Pre-GED materials are used. Students can use the course to prepare for the GED
Preparation course described above or as a refresher for daily living. Major
funding for this course is provided by federal funds administered by the
