 This workshop is designed for the middle class American who wants to lead a debt-free, stress-free lifestyle.  How would you like to pay off all your consumer debt, credit cards, car payments, etc., as well as your mortgage in approximately seven to ten years?  You can do this with your current income!  Learn specific, powerful and proven strategies that work…every single time.  Please bring a calculator and a list of your debts with balances and monthly payments (principal and interest only for your mortgage).  During class you will develop your own debt elimination plan that can be implemented immediately.  Please also bring $10 to class for a workbook; an optional textbook will be available for $59.

HOW TO BUY AND SELL A HOUSE

Buying or selling a house is a sophisticated legal transaction involving, an Agreement of Sale, mortgages, property inspections, house appraisals, construction matters, title insurance, alternate financing and real estate broker contracts. All of these items will be discussed in an understandable manner. Also to be discussed are the pros and cons of “for sale by owner”, as well as the impact of sub-prime lending on the current real estate market. Ample time for questions and answers is included.
